A sommelier-trained bartender and entrepreneur with experience at Ned’s Club DC and the Emeril Group, John created byLARK as a liquid-led hospitality concept blending sophisticated beverage craft, culinary pairing, and immersive guest experiences. From bespoke cocktails and raw bar pairings to caviar and artisanal spirits, each element is thoughtfully considered as part of the whole.

Backed by an entrepreneurial background and a Master’s degree from George Washington University, every engagement is approached with professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
